Auf Basis der Konzeption entwicklen wir konkrete formal-ästhetische und stylistische Entwürfe. Form, Farbe, Materialauswahl und Oberflächentextur beinhalten die Entwürfe und Varianten. Diese wesentlichen Bestandteile sind sehr hilfreich für den notwendigen Selektionsprozess bevor mit Realisierungsschritten begonnen werden kann.

Konzept Entwwicklung / concept development

Die Konzeption für ein neues Produkt beginnt, nachdem Konsens über die Anforderungen für den Zielmarkt und seine Endnutzer herrscht. In der Konzeptionsphase werden die Gene für das zukünftige Produkt festgelegt, hierzu gehören; Ergonomie und Handling, mechanische und technische Prinzipe sowie erste Material und Fertigungsüberlegungen.

Conception for a new product begins after consensus is reached on the requirements for the target market and its end users. In the conception phase, the genes for the future product are defined, including; Ergonomics and handling, mechanical and technical principles as well as initial material and manufacturing considerations.

Flächenentwicklung / surfacing

Neben der Konzept- und Designentwicklung bieten wir mit 3D Modelling und Surfacing einen der wichtigsten Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Formgestaltung an. Diese reichen vom digitalen Konzeptmodell bis hin zum Class-A Strak für Werkzeugdaten. Um den hohen Qualitätsanforderungen in der Flächenentwicklung gerecht zu werden setzen wir hier Autodesk Alias und Maya ein.

In addition to concept and design development, we offer 3D modeling and surfacing, one of the most important services in the field of design. These range from the digital concept model to the Class-A Strak for tool data. In order to meet the high quality requirements in area development, we use Autodesk Alias and Maya here.

Engineering & Konstruktion / Engineering & Construction

Wir entwickeln Bauteile bis zur Datenübergabe an den Werkzeugbau. Davor werden die Bauteile konstruiert, vorhandene Bau-, und Bewegungsräume berücksichtigt, Bauteilentformung und Fügezonen bedacht. Sebstverständich zulassungsfähig gemäß den gesetzlichen Regelwerken.

We develop components up to the data transfer to the tool shop. Before that, the components are designed, existing construction and movement spaces are taken into account, component demolding and joining zones are considered. Approved of course in accordance with the statutory regulations.

Visualisierung & VR / Visualization & VR

Die Erstellung von Renderings und Animationen vermitteln einen realistischen Eindruck des zukünftigen Fahrzeugs oder Bauteils, lange bevor aus Formwerkzeugen die Bauteile fallen. Die erheblichen Investitionen für die Werkzeugherstellung können so abgesichert werden. Des Weiteren können diese Darstellungen den Marketingprozess für den Produktlaunch frühzeitig unterstützen.

The creation of renderings and animations convey a realistic impression of the future vehicle or component long before the components fall out of the molds. The considerable investments for the tool production can be secured in this way. Furthermore, these representations can support the marketing process for the product launch at an early stage.

Je nach Anforderung, Stückzahl und Bauteilgröße sind diese völlig unterschiedlich. Wir helfen ihnen, das adäquate Material nebst Fertigungsprozess zu finden oder diesen für sie zu entwickeln.

Prototypenbau / prototyping

Prototypen und Modelle machen die Entwürfe zum ersten mal greifbar bzw. begehbar. Mit diesen können Marktinteresse am neuen Produkt gemessen und überprüft werden. Für die Finalisierung der Herstell- und Montageprozesse sind sie unverzichtbar.

Prototypes and models make the drafts tangible and accessible for the first time. With these, market interest in the new product can be measured and checked. They are indispensable for the finalization of the manufacturing and assembly processes.

Vorkonstruktion / pre-construction

Insbesondere innovative Produkte verlangen nach speziellen Fertigungsverfahren und Materialeigenschaften- bzw. Kombinationen wie u.a. Brandverhalten, Wärmeisolation, Strukturfestigkeit, Leichtbau, Leitfähigkeit. Verbundwerkstoffe bieten hier vielversprechende Ansätze und müssen im Hinblick auf Produktanforderungen und Wirtschaftlichkeit fokussiert entwickelt werden. Der direkte und intensive Austausch zwischen uns und den Herstellern auf der einen sowie Materialforschung und Anwendung auf der anderen Seite führt zum Ziel. Verfahrenspatente sowie Geschmacks/Gebrauchsmusterschutzrechte sichern den technologischen Vorsprung ab.

Innovative products in particular require special manufacturing processes and material properties or combinations such as fire behavior, thermal insulation, structural strength, lightweight construction, conductivity. Composite materials offer promising approaches here and must be developed with a focus on product requirements and cost-effectiveness. The direct and intensive exchange between us and the manufacturers on the one hand and material research and application on the other leads to the goal. Process patents and design/utility model protection rights secure the technological lead.
